Rob Schlegel has a sterling reputation both as a real estate agent, as a community leader, and also as a journalist. Rob specializes in customer service and completing transactions fairly and on time. He's been a full-time agent for the past 22 years. Rob Schlegel has a journalism background, serving as the de facto general manager for the Valley Times (daily) newspaper. He has owned and edited several publications in Southern Nevada, including 16 years as publisher of the Las Vegas Bugle. Until COVID-19 hit, he was part-time publisher of the Las Vegas Spectrum, the LGBTQIA+ and Progressive news magazine for Southern Nevada. Schlegel has been active in politics and has chaired political endorsement committees. He has actively lobbied for reforms in Nevada, especially on social justice and equality-based civil rights laws. As a community leader, he participated in numerous charitable events and organizations. Previously he served ten years on the board for Community Counseling Center, the ACLU of Nevada, Nevadans for Constitutional Equality, and The (LGBTQ) Center and was a founder and past president of the LGBTQ pride organization in Las Vegas.
