Konrad was the agent we used to sell two homes, one in Las Vegas and one in Henderson. As we live in southern California, we needed extra help in getting these homes sold. That is where Konrad came through. He was available on site many times since we could not be there. Konrad also helped arrange a contractor to remodel one of the homes before we sold it. He also helped when the window company made a mistake. Konrad got involved personally and contacted the owner of the window company and got him to fix the error at no additional cost to us. One of the things we appreciated a great deal was response time. You can always count on an immediate response from Konrad. That has not always been my experience with other agents.
