Hello! I'm Pip, your friendly British real estate agent, living and working in South Jersey, right outside of Philadelphia. I run a team of 15 with my husband Jeremiah Kobelka, and we are a diverse group of LGBTQ+ members. We started the business in 2018, and have quickly grown to a Top 5 team in the region. I am on the board of directors for the Haddon Township Equity Initiative, and we host HT Pride - a family-friendly, multi-day Pride event in town, started back in 2021 - that attracts thousands of people from all over the region. When we were starting to plan our move from Florida, we stumbled upon one of Pip’s Youtube videos and really loved his energy and his excitement about the area. Lucky for us, we happened to stumble upon the best realtor in South Jersey. Pip FaceTimed with us while we were still in Florida, worked around our schedule to take us around to different areas we might like when we would make trips to NJ, and went above and beyond to get to know us and what was truly important to us when we were trying to find a new home.
