I believe in educating my clients as to alleviate some of the emotion from what can be the largest and most stressful financial transaction of your life. I also believe, after being a member on the SMDRA Inclusion and Adversity committee, there is a tremendous need for Realtors to represent all people based upon the fair housing standards. I know there are many Real Estate agents to choose from, but there are a few ways I do it differently; I am available seven days per week, from 7 to 9, I will provide you weekly update calls, and most importantly I will be by your side from Earnest Money delivery to inspection and finally the big day “closing”. I have been in this amazing business for 14 years, and completed hundreds of transactions. I have worked from credit challenged 1st time home buyers, to million-dollar clients. 2018 President of Women’s Council of Realtors Mile High, awarded Mile High Realtor of the Year 2015 and 2016, and am most proud of being a Zillow 5-star Realtor w/over 25 Five Star Reviews and my volunteerism with the Inclusion and Diversity Committee. Although I have been the recipient of many awards,  however my true success comes through the satisfaction of my clients and knowing that with hard work, most clients can be homeowners one day.
