Where to even start! Frankie was absolutely phenomenal! He is a one stop shop with so much knowledge. We started with a different realtor about six months prior, and she completely started our process backwards by showing us houses before we were qualified. What a mess that was! From the moment we were referred to Frankie, he got us in contact with a lender to start our process. We originally didn’t plan to buy until November as we needed to have a full year of commission income to qualify. However with Frankie’s amazing contact and resource we were able to get pre approved in august. This was such a blessing as we have a baby on the way due November. From the moment we got the preapproval, we called Frankie and he answered even though he was on vacation. We explained to him that there was a house we would like to see, and he quickly set up a plan to get us to see the house, regardless of him being out on vacation. That house fortunately did not end up being the one and as soon as he came home on Monday, he gave us a call to set up the viewing of the other 12 houses I pre-selected to look at. Thankfully, he saved us a lot of time by reviewing the houses I sent in, quickly eliminating the ones that had solar panels as we did not want them. This list got knocked down to about five houses and as we got to see all of them, we fell in love with the first house we viewed with him. We were quickly ready to put in an offer, but we’re unsure of how low we could put it an offer without offending the seller and understanding the do’s and don’ts as we started this process. He was very knowledgeable and always on our side with anything we wanted to do. The process had some minor speed bumps, and every time I called, he answered. We were always getting quick responses and with his hard work and dedication we were able to close on the house within 15 days of the offer being accepted. Frankie did a great job with negotiations for repairs allowing us to get our brand new AC unit for the upstairs and complete 15 out of 20 repairs needed. There was no issue to big for him he was always on the ball and making this process so easy and seamless. When we met with him to receive the keys he surprised us with so many goodies my heart was so thankful! He really went above and beyond for us and I couldn't be more pleased! I definitely would never recommend any other realtor. Frankie is the one for the job!
