For Ailey Stout, real estate is a business that revolves around family. Real estate allows her to work locally near her own family while also meeting new people and becoming more involved in the Morgan Hill, California, community.

Originally from Fortuna, California, Ailey and her husband moved to Morgan Hill in 2012 to be closer to loved ones. She has worked as a flight attendant for nearly two decades, and she brings a wealth of experience in time management, safety, and customer service into her real estate business. Ailey is used to working on tight schedules in a field where there is no room for error, and she uses those same values when helping clients to buy or sell their homes. She obtained her California real estate license in 2021 and leverages her core values of honesty and transparent communication to create a great experience for her clients. Ailey looks forward to working with buyers, sellers, and investors in Morgan Hill, Gilroy, Hollister, San Martin, and the South San Jose communities.

In her free time, Ailey enjoys being with her husband and children — traveling, sailing, and learning about different cultures together. She is a fitness enthusiast and loves coaching others on how to implement healthy routines into their lives. She also is passionate about the foster care system and is training to be a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer.
