Originally from Ohio, Tim moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1984. He immediately became active in the community working with the Gay Hotline, the HUMAN RIGHTS CAMPAIGN’s (HRCF) SPEAK OUT program, doing community outreach and fundraising for CENTER ONE and other AIDS service organizations and was a co-chair for the HRC's first Florida Federal Club dinner. Tim was one of the founding board members and an early fundraiser for the Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Greater Fort Lauderdale (now PRIDE CENTER FLORIDA). He is an HRC Federal Club Member and a PRIDE CENTER Founder and an ARC BROWARD ARC Angel. Tim is well known in the real estate community having worked with Coldwell Banker for over twenty five years. His experience in executive relocation, new home development and neighborhood refurbishment position him to best understand the needs of home buyers and sellers. He has built a team of eight full-time real estate associates, each with a skill set that suits them to provide a professional level of service where the client’s needs are a first priority.
