I have been a realtor and mortgage broker in North San Diego County for 40 years delivering excellence in all areas of real estate.  I have owned my own company for all those year and was located in Rancho Santa Fe for 26 years and represented clients in the purchase, sales and financing of their properties.  My reach is a far as Palm Springs and Orange County.  I have an extensive network of long time associates in escrow, title, appraisers, home staging, handyman contacts and a continuous membership in the local board of real estate and the MLS all these years.  My specialty is proving private client service to all the buyers, sellers and home owners in my area and beyond.  I respond to all calls, texts and emails promptly and have the experience and knowledge to carry out and execute transactions.  I received a masters degree from UC Davis, awarded a Ford Foundation Scholarship to study in South America and speak Spanish fairly well.  I really like my clients and we seem to work well together.
