I have lived and worked in the Durango and Pagosa Springs area for over 25 years.   I love this community and enjoy being a part of it's continuing development.  I’ve worked with people from all over the world, from being a barista in a coffee shop to working in credit card sales. However, real estate is in my blood. Both my mother and father are agents and, as a result, I was raised in the industry and had no choice but to fall in love with it! My heart is in Durango, so when it came to opening up my own EXIT Realty office, there was no question in my mind that this is where we would thrive.  I opened up my brokerage in 2016 and currently have 25 brokers who work with me all over the southwest corner of Colorado.  I love this town, and in our office, we believe that taking the time to connect and give back to the community will allow our company and the town to thrive. When it comes to business, my focus is on the people. I take the time to find them a home that reflects what they want and need. Whether it’s an investment property or a place to build their life, I’ll be there for them. I love and believe in what I do for my clients and my community.  I personally cover the majority of Southwest Colorado, not only because I'm familiar with the area, but it helps me stay educated on the markets in order to better serve my Brokers that work there.
