I am a Minnesota licensed real estate broker and the founder of North Shore Residential, a Duluth based brokerage focused on residential property management and real estate sales.

I began my career in property management in 2009 and became licensed in Arizona in 2016, where I worked with investors, homeowners, and tenants across a range of property types. That experience managing large portfolios and multifamily communities shaped how I approach real estate today. I believe clear communication, consistent systems, and thoughtful follow through create better outcomes for everyone involved.

My husband and I relocated to Duluth in late 2021. I earned my Minnesota broker’s license in 2022 and built North Shore Residential to serve clients who value professionalism, long term thinking, and steady guidance. I work with buyers, sellers, and rental property owners, with a particular focus on small to mid sized portfolios such as single family homes, duplexes, and smaller multifamily properties.
