Professional Achievements
Top producing in Delaware and South East Pennsylvania recognized for client advocacy, LGBTQ+ community leadership, and delivering professional results in buying and selling.

I was born and raised in Newark, Delaware, and today I proudly serve clients across Delaware and Southeast Pennsylvania from my home in Wilmington, where I live with my wife and our dog, Phyllis. Before launching my real estate career, I spent ten years as a Physical Therapist Assistant and more than two decades as a volleyball coach. These experiences have built my foundation of leadership, communication, and care that continue to drive the way I advocate for my clients and manage every transaction with precision and heart.

I earned my Associate Degree in Applied Science from Delaware Technical Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Wilmington University, where I also played collegiate volleyball. The teamwork, strategy, and high-performance mindset I developed throughout those years now shape my success as a full-time real estate professional. Since entering the industry, I’ve built a reputation as a results-driven, high-energy agent known for strong negotiation, market expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

As an LGBTQ+ realtor, my mission extends beyond buying and selling homes. I am dedicated to creating safe, affirming, and empowering real estate experiences for LGBTQ+ clients and allies. My work includes ongoing community outreach, partnerships with local organizations, and my monthly newsletter, which highlights LGBTQ+ resources, local events, and housing insights for our community. I am passionate about increasing representation, improving access to homeownership, and being a trusted guide for those navigating an industry that has not always felt welcoming.

I’ve helped clients upsize, downsize, relocate, invest, and build long-term security through real estate, and I approach every relationship with the same dedication, clarity, and integrity. Whether representing first-time buyers, seasoned sellers, or LGBTQ+ individuals seeking an inclusive advocate, I take pride in going above and beyond to ensure a seamless, supportive, and empowering experience.

Outside of real estate, you can find me gardening, bird watching from my back porch, cheering on Philadelphia sports, or relaxing with my family. My business is built on connection, trust, and community—and I’m honored to serve as a resource and advocate for LGBTQ+ homebuyers and homeowners across our region.

I was given Kate's number a few years ago while trying to settle my uncle's estate which included a condo in Newark. I'm living in Baltimore and it took much longer than I thought to settle his account. Kate was wonderful, very understanding, supportive and helped me with any questions I had about Delaware. She gave us a name of a contractor that she used for her own home, so far everything is going great! She touches base with me every week as to where we are in the process! She looked up and contacted the condo management offie with questions that I cpu;d have never known to ask! She is very knowledgeable in her field! I hope to stay friends with her after everything is said and done!

Thank you Kate for being such a supportive role in our move from Texas. While you mostly worked with Jax, your impact on a smooth transaction was felt on my end. I cannot tell you how much your energy and lightness helped Jax make extremely difficult decisions when he felt like he couldn't make one more. This move is inherently difficult and sad but you helped us feel like there was someone on the other side of the move rooting for us. Thank you Kate. May you always understand how powerful you are so that you never fail to see the impact you've already had on our community and the "Rainbow Railroad". Keep on trucking, Sister. Big hugs!!
