I was born and raised in Newark, DE and currently reside in Wilmington. I come from a background of 9 years as a Physical Therapist Assistant and has 10 years of experience as a volleyball coach. I bring a high energy level, attention to detail, and caretaking to bear when working with my real estate clients.
I attended Delaware Technical Community College and earned an Associate Degree in Applied Science and Allied Health to be a Physical Therapist Assistant. My skills in health care, creating relationships and communication give me insight into helping clients find their preferred home in the preferred location.
I also attended Wilmington University, played volleyball and earned a Bachelors of Science in Sports Management. There I learned strategizing and leadership skills unique to team sports and I apply it in my real estate career to serve buyers and sellers.
I entered the Real Estate world in order to provide better for my family, to meet new people, to help people accomplish homeownership, and I haven't looked back.
I am married and live with my wife as empty nesters with plenty of house plants and our dog Phyllis. I spend my free time gardening, bird watching from my back porch, watching football and basketball, and relaxing with my family.

I was given Kate's number a few years ago while trying to settle my uncle's estate which included a condo in Newark. I'm living in Baltimore and it took much longer than I thought to settle his account. Kate was wonderful, very understanding, supportive and helped me with any questions I had about Delaware. She gave us a name of a contractor that she used for her own home, so far everything is going great! She touches base with me every week as to where we are in the process! She looked up and contacted the condo management offie with questions that I cpu;d have never known to ask! She is very knowledgeable in her field! I hope to stay friends with her after everything is said and done!

Thank you Kate for being such a supportive role in our move from Texas. While you mostly worked with Jax, your impact on a smooth transaction was felt on my end.
