We used Eddie Colatorti to sell our home in Chicago and he was outstanding. Eddie was excellent at keeping us updated with our online viewings, strategies on how to generate more in unit showings, his social media presence was strong, and we could tell he put a lot of work into his listings. Furthermore, he thought outside the box by hiring a drone specialist to conduct a specialty tour of our unit, so it stood out against our comparable competition. We spoke with Eddie and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area, along with design edits for our home to show better to the public and for the professional photographer. Eddie was a great resource and ally as I tried to navigate the market and explore some new neighborhoods. He was quick to understand my priorities (must haves) and wants (nice to have) to come up with a great variety of places to show me. I loved that after every showing we would do a quick little run down of what we just saw and he would always call out things that seem unsuspecting to the untrained eye. Light fixtures, windows, etc. Stuff that I may not have noticed right away that could have been problems in the long run. His awareness of the city and neighborhoods were amazing. Has a restaurant and other "great spots" to recommend everywhere so you really get a sense of what it may be like to live there. He is kind, timely and very professional (and hilarious).
