Mark is a very hard worker and went all out when listing our home - he even painted our entryway. We had already moved out of state when we listed, and our home was in good hands with Mark keeping close tabs on everything. For example, when there was a storm, he'd go right over and check things out, or when my son came back for a weekend and left the door open - Mark noticed while driving by and alerted us. His responsiveness couldn't have possibly been more prompt - I can't even think of a time when I called and he didn't immediately answer or text that he'd call back. We got the price we wanted for the house within the 90-day timeframe we wanted. We sincerely appreciate all of the effort and extra steps that Mark into our sale and highly recommend him.

Mark both sold my house and helped me find a condo. I had some pretty strict requirements and he was patient, diligent, and encouraged me to not settle until I found exactly what I wanted.
