It was fantastic working with Adam Gaudet on our journey to finding a house in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. As former condo owners we were familiar with some of the aspects of the home buying process, but there were several differences when buying a single-family home. Adam was always available to answer all of our questions and guide us through the steps that we were unsure about. He made himself available when we needed his assistance and did a great job setting up appointments for us to view different houses. We lived over an hour away from Portsmouth and Adam was extremely accommodating to our schedules and limited availability to tour showings. Adam was honest with his opinions and his goal was to find the best house for us and not just to secure a sale. He was diligent in the offer process and always kept us up to date as we negotiated our offer with the seller. Once we were under contract, he continued to be present when we had inquiries. In the final weeks before closing, the heating system for the house we were purchasing stopped working. Due to work schedules, we were unable to get to the house to meet with the repair service. Adam went above-and-beyond and went to the house in our place to ensure the issue was fixed. Overall, it was a great experience working with Adam. He helped us find our “forever” home and we would highly recommend him to friends and anyone else looking to start the home buying process.
