Specializing in residential home sales, Jeff has been with the Gurney, Becker & Bourne team for over 8 years, adding to its long tradition of bringing buyers and sellers of distinctive properties together. Prior to real estate, Jeff worked in retail sales and broadcast journalism. It is in those professions where he learned the skill of active listening which allows him to better question and understand his clients’ needs. Jeff grew up in Western New York (WNY) but has lived in many parts of the country. With a deep affinity for this area, Jeff believes that Buffalo and its surrounding communities have some of the most beautiful and unique homes in the country… at the best prices! Jeff is a board member of embraceWNY, a philanthropic organization benefiting the continuing education of the LGBTQ community and its allies in WNY. Jeff is also a member of his fraternity’s Housing Corporation, is involved as an alumni advisor in chapter activities, and is a member of the fraternity's affinity group - Delt Pride - for gay, bi-sexual, and transgender alumni/members.
