Love where you live... As a lifelong New Yorker & full time Southampton resident, Jeff loves the Hamptons and wants his clients to love where they live as much as he does. Jeff works with a diverse clientele throughout New York's East End, including first-time buyers, international investors, and creative professionals. Whether guiding someone in finding the perfect first home, assisting homeowners with their seasonal rentals or helping investors expand his or her portfolio, Jeff has the same goal for every client: Love where you live! To achieve this, Jeff approaches real estate the same way he approaches his life, with “honesty, integrity, and passion.” Along with his passion and enthusiasm, Jeff’s buyers and sellers value his firsthand experience buying and selling in the local luxury market, as well as his 27-year-background in finance and design. Prior to real estate, Jeff spent a decade working in the investment banking industry as a regulatory accountant for Nat West, and E.F. Hutton & Co. Itching to find a more creative outlet for his practical skills, he applied the organizational and analytical skills he developed in finance to the design world, working as a designer & senior vice president of design for a range of fashion houses and design firms, including Kenneth Cole, Anne Klein, and Jeff’s own design consultancy firm, LIMULO Design. Jeff’s background in accounting set him apart from other designers by allowing him to analyze the needs of retail buyers and clients, and incorporate these needs into an effective creative strategy tailored to a client’s business strategy. He continues to apply this interdisciplinary approach to real estate, and his current clients appreciate his unique perspective on the Hampton's housing market. Jeff’s firsthand experience as an investor includes acquiring and selling several apartments and homes, and serving as a board secretary for a luxury loft in Tribeca for three consecutive terms. While Jeff’s previous roles benefit his current clients in many ways, their common thread is his genuine desire to help other people. Jeff holds a bachelor’s of science in accounting from Wagner College and an associate’s degree in jewelry design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Jeff channels his continued passion for art and design into sculpture and pen & ink drawings. He also works with a number of community organizations and causes, including Amfar and The Names project.
