I believe the traditional real estate buying experience is backwards. Have you ever disliked your neighbors? Did you move because of your neighbors? I have. This fueled my approach to real estate. I approach real estate by understanding my clients, their  lifestyle & their real estate desires. We then:
  1. Tour The Treasure Valley; scouting neighborhoods, subdivisions or areas my clients are drawn to.
  2. Once a neighborhood or areaof high interest is established, we search here for available homes.
  3. I emphasize spending ample time inside the home. How does it feel? How do you feel? Is it quiet? Is there excessive air traffic noise? Can the floor plan be easily modified/renovated for your needs?
  4.  I emphasize spending ample time outside the home; walk nearby streets & visit with neighbors. What are their opinions regarding the neighborhood? Are the neighbors friendly? Are the homes well maintained? How strict are the HOA’s?
