Born and raised in North Idaho, I have spent all but two years of my life in Idaho. Although I miss the lakes of the North, I have found much beauty in the Treasure Valley and surrounding counties. While making my way as a young adult, I began a cleaning and water restoration company. After 19 years in that industry, I began my real estate career in 1998. I am very proud to say that many of those first clients still call me for their real estate needs. This profession has allowed me to stay "on the go", all the while helping people reach their real estate goals and dreams. In 23 years of real estate, I have helped people purchase everything from onion sheds to million-dollar homes. My previous profession allows me to look more closely at the structure than the cosmetics. Noticing a water stain or an imperfection allows an early heads up to future trouble, and negotiating  some of these repairs early is invaluable. In my spare time, you will find me gathering winter clothes for the homeless, feeding friends and strangers alike, and finding other ways to serve. One of my favorite events is Paint the Town, an event in which volunteers paint approximately 50 senior and low-income homes every June. You will find me with spatula in hand at the grill, at the open to the public Kick-Off event each May! I love this profession! Matching people to their dream home is very gratifying.
