I can’t begin to explain what Crafty has meant to me on my search for a house. I trust him immensely. He has an incredible love for Richmond and its architecture. Part of my house hunting experience has included learning about the history of Richmond. He does not judge me at all when I want to have a greasy cheeseburger for lunch, and has done his research on the best burger in town. He has become a trusted friend to me. I know I am not his only client, or even in his top tier price range, but Crafty has never let me feel anything less than important.
