Review for Sal Bucci by Brad B

I have been buying rental properties for over 10 years ; previously in St. Petersburg Florida. When I decided to move to and invest in the Pittsburgh market my realtor in St. Petersburg recommended an agent here in Pittsburgh so of course I used him. He and his partner seemed quite knowledgeable , however they seem to be doing real estate only part time and in today’s market I couldn’t wait three or four days for them to respond each time a deal presented itself! Furthermore they didn’t have any idea how to deal with 1031 transactions. So I did an Internet search and found Sal and his partner Emily and have been using them for six months now and they already helped me purchase several properties. Between the two of them they seem to be available 24/7. Now nobody expects anyone to work 24 hours a day and I haven’t tried to contact them at three in the morning lol! But they are available seven days a week , before during and after normal business hours which is critical in today’s real estate market where properties can sell in a matter of hours! Additionally they are able to handle 1031 transactions. Also between the two of them they have extensive knowledge of the Pittsburgh area and more critically they have their pulse on the intricate details of the market fluctuations. For me, being new in the Pittsburgh market , this knowledge base is imperative. Lastly, being an experienced investor I’m a bit set in my ways in how I want to handle transactions and Sal and Emily have been very flexible in accommodating my opinions and my extremely detailed personality ; as well as being very patient with my many , many questions! Oh yeah and they have contacts and resources for everything that you need from title companies to contractors , Inspectors, insurance agents etc. If you’re looking for experienced, knowledgeable and non-judgemental Realestate agents in the Pittsburgh area I don’t think you could find any better than Sal and Emily. Also I forgot to mention that they’re both very low pressure people and when I look at properties with them I just feel like I’m looking at the property with my business partner , not a sales agent , as they just let me do my thing but give their unbiased opinion as we walk around. I look forward to continuing my partnership with them as I continue to increase my rental portfolio here in Pittsburgh! As a sidenote, being a gay man new to Pittsburgh it’s also nice that Sal and Emily are not only accepting of me but I can talk freely about myself and my partner and also it’s fun to just discuss the LGBT life here in Pittsburgh.
