Rob was easy to work with. He was responsive to our requests and knew a lot about the area. He stayed on top of deadlines for us and notified us if we had a deadline that we needed to respond to. Rob guided us through the somewhat confusing process of purchasing a home in a different state. Since the purchase Rob continues to check in periodically and has helped us with questions we have had for the sellers. Rob also gave us a lot of recommendations for local events, restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend Rob to friends
