I fell in love with Rick and the way he does business. As soon as
I contacted him, our first step was to sit down in his office and he
sat me down and walked me through the flowchart of steps to
buying a home, and showed me paperwork that I would later
need to sign and understand. I knew from the beginning that he
wasn’t trying to make money off of me, but that he was looking
out for me and would work to make sure that I got the best home
for my situation.
