Peter was amazing. My wife and I met him before we were entirely ready to buy and he stuck with us through the entire process. He got to know what we wanted very quickly and only showed us properties we were interested in. He was very adapt to electronic communication and face time since we were in California and were buying sight unseen. He walked us through each step with reassurance and laughter, and while taking as much time as we needed. The fact that he was born and raised in the Philly area was an added bonus and he knows the city well. We would highly recommend Peter to anyone looking for a realtor.
