Linda listened carefully to my requirements, financial parameters, and most of all, my personal wants and needs. She then “personalized” my search by setting up several different internet searches and then sifting through each one each morning, only forwarding me the listings that fit everything she knew about what I wanted. As we searched, there were times she had to decide to offer her honest feedback and did so diplomatically. Negotiations after my inspection went better than I could have asked thanks to her determination to do what was best for me. I couldn’t have asked for a stronger advocate. In the end, the house I purchased was at a perfect price, location, and condition. I have never had such a great fit when finding a home!
