To say that this experience has been wonderful is a gross understatement. Kurt has been incredible helpful, knowledgeable and truly has your best interest in mind. You feel zero pressure and he explains every step before you get into it. I bought in an area I know little to zero about but Kurt  lives in the area and his knowledge allowed me to put complete faith in his recommendations. I’m also a first time buyer and he has not only made this process extremely smooth but has really showed compassion and empathy throughout the “scares” of Home buying. He also, did a tremendous job with the negotiations to get me what I wanted/needed which included a $8000 repair. He is not only an incredible Realtor but I promise you if you weren’t friends with him before, you will after doing business with him.
