Kim Shallue is a wonderful agent. We were first time home buyers and she helped us in every way possible to make the process easy for us. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months) she is always on top of things and is ready to answer any questions you may have. She will provide all facts and data to help you make you an informed decision, but at the same time she isn’t pushy (which was a big plus for me). Best part is now her family is part of ours. We have two kids they call her Gigi and her husband Grandpa she even gave us a house warming gift to go out to dinner. Kim and her husband watched our kids, so we could go out. We would highly recommend Kim Shallue she is the best out there.
