When first moving to Sarasota, we found Keith and Wayne online. They were very helpful in setting up a portal to review properties. When I travelled to Sarasota to view properties they look 2 days from their schedule to view the selected properties. We then handled the remaining paperwork electronically. When we arrived in Sarasota for closing they helped walk us through the remainder of the process. Because of their excellent handling of our property, we did not even consider using anyone else. They listened to our concerns and we negotiated a great sale of our Sarasota property. I will most certainly recommend them to anyone who needs a referral to the Sarasota Area.
