In late July we decided to relocate from Utah to Florida, specifically the gulf coast. We knew nobody there and had no idea which Realtor to contact to find a house. After some searching we settled on Sarasota. The professional Realtors we chose were Wayne and Keith.

We finally found our Dream Home and closed on September 2, 2021. The did a terrific job, kept everything moving, coordinated among dozens of invloved parties in a highly professional manner, and fully exceeded our highest expectations. They had our backs! Kudos to them!
