There aren’t enough stars for Kate and her team. We had a very unusual property we were searching for and she not only found it for us, we closed yesterday! She was patient, understanding, supportive and knowledgeable in all the ways we needed her to be. The process was not easy and she handled it with grace and ease. Bravo for Kate and Stephen with a job well done.
