My fianceé and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience selling my home in the suburbs of 15 years and purchasing our new home together with Kara! Moving is stressful on so many levels but Kara was supportive, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful. We put my house on the market Labor Day weekend and had a full price, cash over after the marathon open house weekend, and thank goodness because we already had our new dream home in the mountains purchased with the contingency that my home would be under contract within 30 days. Talk about STRESS (side note, in full disclosure, I am a chronic worrier, sorry Kara!)!?! But no need to stress as somehow the stars aligned all the way through until closing on the new home, pretty sure that was Kara’s doing as she was on top of it through to the end, even encouraging me during a few calls from me in tears about moving. Kara’s positive attitude and kindness made our whole experience worth it!
