I have used John Schamber as my realtor for three separate residential purchases since 1993, the first a condominium, the second a single-family home and most recently a luxury condominium. John has always been a very attentive realtor and has always gone out of his way to find properties that he felt were properties that I would like and that were appropriate for me. He takes care of all the details to insure that nothing is missed, arranges for all inspections, assists in financing and all other aspects of what is needed to make an offer and ultimately close on a home. In the most recent purchase, John recommended that I offer an amount considerably less than what I expected would be acceptable to the buyer and his intuition was correct. I purchased this condominium for much less than expected and it was economically a good deal for me. After closing, John continued to pay close attention to make sure that I submitted my homeowner’s exemption which resulted in savings on certain taxes and to follow up on anything else that I should know. I have been very pleased with his professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge and he is a genuinely nice guy who takes his position seriously but who also knows how to have fun. I will definitely work with John again if I purchase another property,
