We recommend everything! Jes is so patient and understanding. It is very clear she loves working with first time home buyers and educating clients in a way that is not overwhelming. We were blown away by her preparedness, knowledge, and punctuality both in person and also via text/email/or phone calls. She has a laid back demeanor about her that allowed us to move at our pace, which in this case was very fast, all while never missing a beat. However, when we needed to be firm and demand what worked for us, she fought for us. In the end, we felt like we could not have picked a better person to go on this journey with us! And maybe we had gained a friend along the way. Jes will be the only person I recommend to family friends knowing they will be receiving the whole package!
