Heather did a fantastic job with helping us find our first home. Her expertise of the Twin Cities area (we looked mainly in NE MPLS and Western Suburbs) was phenomenal and she was very careful to examine crucial parts of each home we were interested in to ensure they were in good shape. We live out of state and she saw a couple dozen houses for us via FaceTime and videos while we were gone. We trusted her judgment as she proved to be incredibly knowledgeable and out for our best interest. She was very involved in the negotiating and closing process and helped us each step along the way. We talked with her more than once a week for several months and she is incredibly responsive. She was an absolute joy to work with and we cannot recommend her and her team enough!
