Now that the sale is finalized, I just want to take a moment to give a big shout out to Jamie Zapata for her handling of the sale of this home. From correcting my overzealous “it’s a sellers market! Capitalism!” stance with the reality of how banks work.. to helping put my husband’s mind at ease about how the process was going to work and what we could expect…on top of just the everyday work that goes into prepping to go on market, show, and chase all the paperwork to get the sale done… Jamie was AMAZING. I can not recommend her highly enough if you are in the market to buy or sell in the San Antonio region.

If I may add, all of that is on top of how much I know, first hand, that she gives back to our community.
