We worked with Jamie for the purchase of our new construction home in Georgetown, Texas. The whole process from beginning to end took about a year. We were moving from out of state so the process required a bit more help from them than normal as we weren’t there for the initial stages. Going above and beyond doesn’t really begin to appropriately describe what Jamie did for us. Since we were out of state, he went to every onsite meeting at the home construction site on our behalf and video-calling us the entire time. He was there for design meetings, walk-throughs, inspections, and the closing. Not only did he make the process seamless and carefree, but also took the time to educate us on every step. We felt knowledgeable and confident throughout the process due to his attention to detail and excellent communication. When we arrived in town he took us out to eat and it felt like seeing an old friend. His care for us didn’t stop at closing. Jamie made sure we knew what is next as it related to taxes, mortgage, home warranties, etc. He even suggested some potential friends in the area where we moved! We have never had a client service experience as superior as the one we had with Jamie
