“Heather deserves 10 stars! We were out-of-state home buyers. We depended on the realtor’s expertise, knowledge, professionalism, and a lot of patience. Heather has all of these and more. She probably showed us more than a dozen houses in just over a week. She just kept showing us houses that we wanted to see until we finally found our home. Heather treated us like we were her only clients. She always answered/returned phone calls, text and email promptly. She followed up on our paperwork in case we needed help. She stayed with us through the whole process until we closed on our home last week. In fact, she is still doing things for us, helping with referrals, helping us on things that we are unable to do ourselves because we are still in the process of moving from Utah to our new home in Florida. Heather could have said no every time we asked for help because it is not her responsibility anymore after we signed the papers, but she has always been available to help us out of kindness even if it is taking her away from her business as a real estate agent.
