I choose Eric Medgyesi as a realtor to represent me on a very complex transaction knowing he was a new realtor. Aside from starting a new job, I was selling my house in another town with a separate realtor, and buying a house in Reno on a contingency in a sellers’ market. I knew this could be a long shot. Eric stepped up to the plate and accepted the challenge. I was moving quickly and am a demanding client. He showed me homes all day! We found the perfect house which had come on the market that day! He instinctively knew when we left the house we could not waste time and immediately let the selling agent know that we were interested and to expect an offer. He went home after a long day of showing homes and wrote the offer to ensure that we were the first offer! From the beginning he communicated professionally with the selling agent and maintained a professional and compassionate relationship with me throughout the entire process. He worked day and night with me, my loan officer, and the listing agent to ensure that no detail was left out and that I was armed with all the information I needed to make the most informed decisions. He was available to answer any questions and concerns that came up. Eric was on top of scheduling inspections and also used contacts available to him to get me anything I needed throughout this transaction. He worked very hard to get my offer accepted and then worked with me to hire movers, arrange repairs, and the myriad of things that come up when buying a home. This was detrimental with time being of the essence. When it came time to negotiate repairs, etc., Eric and Sam worked together, and negotiated the best possible deal for me. They were not concerned with their bottom line, only my best interest! They adjusted their commission so that I could close the deal. These guys are in it for their clients not for their bottom line. They can be trusted to do the ethical and right thing for their clients. If you want a team that you can trust to do an amazing job and do what is best for you then this is your team.
