Doug Lynch, of Peak Properties Group, is relatively new to Colorado at the time of this sale in early 2018, but he’s fast becoming an expert on a wide variety of housing types and locations – from turn of the century Victorians in Denver, to mid-century homes that are so prevalent elsewhere.
