Don is the BEST! From the initial meeting in the Winter, through the home renovation process in the Summer, to the home sale in the Fall, Don clearly demonstrated how good he is at what he does. He is careful to give you information and tasks in bite-sized chunks when you need it, and never overwhelms you with unnecessary things. Every step of the way, I had 100% confidence that I was in good hands with a truly skilled professional who cared about us as customers and worked tirelessly to get the best results. Our home sold on the third day and for above asking price! We were thrilled with this result, but recognized it was due to all of his behind-the-scenes work and all of the things he had us do to make our home the best it could be for the next owner/family to enjoy.

As an LGBTQ+ person, it was awesome to be able to ask questions that are specific to our experience. For example, “Is it cool if we leave our pride flag up for showings?” He was also knowledgeable about how mortgage companies, title companies, and the like deal with gay couples who bought real estate prior to the 2015 marriage legalization supreme court decision. This was all super helpful as we moved through the complexities of selling a home here and buying another home elsewhere.
