I bought my San Francisco rental property a few years back from David Ayerdi.

Recently when the property manager told me that all the tenants were moving out at the end of the month, I decided that I didn’t want to be a landlady anymore. I am retired, I would prefer to take it easy. Do not want to be bothered with issues of dealing with tenants.

I immediately thought of David and his service.

When he took over the responsibilities of selling the house, he immediately set the plan in motion. In a short time, all plans are set to go.

I was given the plan of action: a detailed list of construction (remodel) items, schedules, the costs and the names of contractors or handymen.

Works progressed smoothly as planned. Remodeled jobs completed as expected.

The house looked great. I was impressed. At the first Sunday open house, the house was sold and the price was over asking.

It was a pleasant surprise. My expectations of difficulty selling a house in San Francisco was not true.

David is a good agent. He takes care of his clients well.
