David is AMAZING! If you are selling anything in San Francisco then he is the one you want. I owned my property for over 20 years and am very attached to it. I decided to sell one of the two units. He helped me every step of the way from remodeling, inspections, finalizing condo conversion to inspecting all the appliances that were delivered. He even helped find ways to preserve the historical features when it was probably easier to remove them. He really works with you to give and get you what you want.
