He helped with meeting inspectors and gathering the necessary paperwork to facilitate the process. He was always enthusiastic and full of energy which is natural to him regardless of how busy he is. One thing that you will appreciate is that he is very responsive, communicates frequently and you always feel that you are his only client. Trust and experience is critical to realtor representation and David is someone that you can trust and will have a very good experience with. He won’t oversell without delivering.
