David’s a great agent, with an encyclopedic knowledge of the S.F. market, incredible attention to detail, excellent communication skills and no-pressure support to seller or buyer. I had a lovely loft in SOMA in an historic building, but am currently based in L.A. During the pandemic, David was able to work with his contractors and readied the property for sale. He is the right instincts for making buyers and sellers come together on terms. The buyer of my property was first-time and had a lot of questions and concerns; David went all-out including multiple off hour visits in in-person. He’s a true pro and highly recommended.
