David Ayerdi is amazing. I can’t imagine anyone working harder or having more real estate savvy than David. He knew exactly what it would take to sell our house and get the best offer possible, and the result was way beyond our expectations. We saw early on that he understood the market, so when he asked us to let him prep our house to his specifications, we said yes. We are so glad we did!
