This was our 2nd time using David and as with the first time, he delivered spectacularly. He is incredibly professional, organized, knowledgeable, and hard working. An agent not afraid to get his hands dirty. David is also honest and ethical, and we always appreciate his opinions and suggestions. His knowledge of the market is bar none, and he will always give you can honest assessment of the market conditions and your property. We had a condo to sell in San Francisco and with Covid still lingering, we weren’t sure how well the condo will do since most buyers are searching for houses with space. David took his time to tour our unit and the building and put together a game place to get top dollar. From the repairs and painting, to the spectacular staging he was on top of everything. We barely had to lift a finger as he lead the project end to end. He is literally the most organized person I’ve ever met! I will use David again without hesitation.
