I adore the Tagline” MaconItHappen,” because it is so true! I began working with Ken after no success with 2 real estate agents. His team promptly responded, and we were preapproved quickly. Since I am new to the DMV, and required uncommon considerations, he did well to maintained established parameters for “must haves.” I will say Ken Macon‘s “superpowers” are that he is highly responsive, transparent, balanced in perspective, and managed expectations well. Likewise, his network is solid. When we did find the home, we closed in exactly 30 days at the end of the year.
