Brian was excellent in not only selling our house, but for the many other things that made it possible – estimating the improvement and other costs accurately; finding the right contractors and getting best prices; managing in a completely hands-free-for-us way the contractors, the stager, appliance acquisition, etc.; referring the movers who provided better service we believe because of the referral (it was great); and referring us to a Sotheby’s agent in Scottsdale, Arizona who was very hard working and patiently and effectively helped us find a really good-fit house in our new community.
