Al & Haden Block, of Re/Max First, were our Real Estate Agents for our recent purchase of a home in Michigan. They were referred to us by a business associate of our son. They were excellent to work with throughout the visitation, purchase and move-in process. Haden handled most of the visitations with timely responses to our in-person, telephone, text and email requests with patience and explanations. He scheduled requested visits as soon as possible and also provided valuable on-site assessments of individual property features, such as interior layout and HVAC mechanicals – furnace, water heater and A/C units. Al provided assessments of the repairs and workmanship on various homes visited and suggested inspection of the sewer on the home we eventually purchased due to home age and location – an item we would not have considered. He also assisted with negotiating the final purchase price – to our benefit. He has provided names of several local reputable tradesmen – an invaluable service as we are new to the area. We’ve moved several times over our marriage and have never enjoyed the depth and quality of service provided by Al and Haden. There is no question that we will recommend them to anyone that asks.
