Christopher Ayers began his real estate career in 2002, entering the industry through mortgages and residential sales. By 2005, he earned his license and quickly gained recognition as the trusted assistant to a top-producing agent, an experience that laid the foundation for his rise in Southeast Michigan. Built on integrity, expertise, and results, his business has grown through strong relationships and a client-first approach.

Today, Christopher co-leads The Inspires Real Estate Group with his partner, Jason Heilig, delivering a forward-thinking, service-driven experience that blends strategy, care, and proven results. In November 2024, he earned his broker’s license and launched The Inspires Real Estate Group and Property Management, a consulting and property management firm focused on innovative solutions and personalized guidance.

At the core of Christopher’s life and business is his husband and partner, James Cristbrook, whose steady support and shared vision help shape a culture rooted in faith, family, service, and excellence. Together, they believe real estate is ultimately about people and creating spaces where lives can thrive.

Christopher’s impact extends beyond transactions. He is a founding member of the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network and serves on both the Michigan Realtors and National Association of Realtors YPN committees. A former President within NAGLREP and LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance leadership, he is a dedicated advocate for inclusivity and representation across the industry.
