Richard's a 2nd generation REALTOR that’s been licensed since 1992 and around the real estate business since he was a 6yrs old through his parents’ businesses.  He has been affiliated with many of the large real estate franchises starting out in southern Illinois near St Louis MO through 2011 and then moved to Northwest Arkansas with his partner to help take care of his in-laws and now working with an Agency in Bentonville.  Richard served as a Board of Director for 3 years at GGAR in IL, where he was also on the Community Involvement Committee, Programs Committee and served as the Chairman of their Awards Banquet Committee for 7 years. He has served on the Board of Directors for NABOR as Secretary-Treasurer through President-Elect, and was on MLS, Finance and Awards Committees and Chairman of the Awards of Excellence Program.  On the State level, he has been on the ARA’s Diversity Committee.  He has also been very involved with company events locally, globally and has been a Guest Instructor with his franchises university programs. He has achieved the coveted Spirit Award; the Excellence in Leadership Award from the franchise in the St. Louis Region and the Cooperative Spirit Award (twice) in the franchises Mid-States/Dixie Region for Arkansas. Additionally, he holds the CRB Designation (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager).  Richard is an advocate for and raises money for the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN), Northwest Arkansas Women’s Shelter, Susan G. Komen Foundation to his list of causes. Politically, Richard has been an avid supporter of RPAC and has been a Sterling R and Golden R donor in the President’s Circle with ARPAC and most recently was inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame in Washington DC for contributing up to $25,000 for this worthy cause.  He has also been on HGTV twice: S178 E1 of House Hunters and S4 E28 of Tiny House Hunters.  Personally, Richard has completed 1-Full Marathon, 9-Half Marathons, 1-Mini-Triathalon.
